What is Holistic Hypnotherapy?

Our subconscious mind is a vast repository where all our unprocessed emotions from past wounds are stored. These emotional wounds— stemming from traumatic experiences, disappointments, or hurtful relationships—leave an imprint on our subconscious and influence how we perceive and navigate life. These may be rooted in our childhood, or even beyond - in other times and dimensions. Over time, these wounds can color our thoughts, behaviors, and reactions, often snowballing into patterns of pain and limitation, and even affect our physical health.

As a result, many of us disconnect from our true selves, viewing life through the lens of our unresolved traumas and wounds rather than through our authentic, soul-connected perspective. This disconnection can create a sense of imbalance, inner turmoil, and dissatisfaction.

Through hypnotherapy, I guide clients to access their subconscious mind—the powerful, deep-seated part of ourselves where these wounds reside. By gently uncovering and revisiting these stored emotions at their root, we facilitate healing and release. This process allows clients to let go of lingering pain and negative patterns, reconnect with their inner selves, and heal old wounds that have been holding them back.​ The outcome is a profound sense of liberation, as clients move from pain and limitation toward a state of peace, happiness, and lightness. They learn to live more authentic, grounded lives—free from the burdens of the past—and embrace a future filled with potential, joy, and self-love.


How many sessions do I require?

Hypnotherapy can be a powerful alternative to traditional talk therapy, often providing more efficient and targeted healing. While talk therapy relies on verbal processing of thoughts and emotions, hypnotherapy accesses the subconscious mind directly, allowing for deeper insight and change in fewer sessions. By guiding individuals into a state of focused relaxation and heightened awareness, hypnotherapy can quickly address root causes of issues such as anxiety, trauma, or habits, bypassing the need for extensive dialogue. This direct approach can lead to faster emotional breakthroughs and lasting change, making hypnotherapy a valuable complement or alternative to lengthy talk therapy sessions.

A single hypnotherapy session can often be enough to help clients release feelings of emotional overwhelm, break limiting self-beliefs, or begin to process grief, providing immediate relief and clarity. However, for more complex issues such as deep emotional trauma or relationship breakups, clients may find that 2 to 3 sessions are necessary to facilitate deeper healing. Those seeking profound inner work or a stronger connection to their inner self or soul typically engage in around 6 sessions, allowing for a gradual, transformative journey that fosters lasting change and self-awareness.
